About Mahmut
Dear Students and Parents,
I have been teaching middle and high school math for 9 years. I am a certified math teacher in the U.S. and hold a master's degree in educational leadership. I was selected as the mathcounts coach of the year in 2016 by district level mathcounts foundation. It is my passion to teach students tricks to tackle the math problems easily. Perfect! Math has always been a huge struggle for me. I was plagued by a college algebra class that left me feeling worried I would fail. Making the decision to work with Mahmut every week for the semester made passing the class with a B so much easier! He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and is able to help simplify the information that seems so confusing and he teaches helpful tricks along the way. It became obvious that Mahmut knows the ins and outs of the material he teaches which makes him a great fit for anyone. I can’t thank him enough for all of his help. Highly recommend him.
