About Zach
I am focused on catering to the needs of each student individually, and providing instruction that suits their learning style, schedule, and goals.
Both of my parents were teachers, so seeing how they were able to impact the lives of so many kids encouraged me to find ways to provide some tutoring on the side.
I have worked with over 5 students in priavte tutoring sessions, and I am a current Mathematics Major studying at South Dakota State University. I will be graduating next year, and then pursuing a Master's degree also in Mathematics.

My first couple steps involve getting to know the strengths and weaknesses of each student. I often start by identifying specific and practical goals they would like to reach, and then build a learning plan around that.
I have worked with students mostly in High school and College, providing instruction for classes like: Algebra, Geometry, Calc 1, and Calc 2.
I would say look for someone who is willing to go out of their way and really customize a learning plan that meets the needs and goals of each student... That is my main point of focus for each stuent I get to work with.
A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
I would suggest forming a list of goals, and prepare yourself to be challenged, pushed, stretched, and most impportantly encouraged.
