About Caitlin
I have a passion for math and try to get my students to enjoy math as well, even if just a little bit. Math is a subject that you either understand, or you don't; however, there are tricks and tools to help everyone understand math just a little bit more. I find that a foundational understanding of "why?" is the key to success, and I try to convey this no matter what level of math I tutor.

Second, I work with the student to assess their level of understanding and what level they are being tasked with working on.
Third, with the parent and/or student I lay a plan out for moving forward and what I suggest will be most helpful to the student.
