About Dy'mond

Since the beginning of 2022, I have become extremely passionate about being a math tutor. I am interested in helping individuals soar in the subject most would consider the most difficult. While stepping more into adulthood I am learning the importance of numbers; understanding taxes, calculating interest, buying produce, etc. I plan to help my students achieve their goals by learning what their difficulties are, listening to their needs, and teaching them multiple ways to solve and understand problems.

I have a High School Diploma that I earned from King/Drew Magnet High School of Medicine and Science. Within my four years of high school I studied Algebra I, Algebra II, Geometry, and Trigonometry.

About the lesson

Typically, I would like to know what kind of math students are having difficulties in, how often they feel they need to be tutored, and the amount of time they think would need per session.

A few things worth thinking about before reaching out
Before talking to teachers about their needs, students should think about how often they need to be tutored and what their main struggles are, for example, students that are only trying to get ahead in this subject or specific math topics may not need as much support as a student that is in danger of failing.
