About Mary
I am originally from Maine where I attended the University of Maine at Farmington and earned my Bachelor’s of Science degree in Elementary Education. In 2017 I moved to Miami, Florida. I have been teaching for 13 years. All of those years except for one have been in the third grade, teaching all subjects. For the past 6 years I have taught the IA class, which consists of students who are retained or struggle academically. In summer pasts I have worked at a summer school program in Maine with ESE students.
I believe students just need to know that someone is there with them on this journey of learning and someone believes in their abilities. I look forward to working with you and your child.
