Perfect! As a computer science major, one of the challenges I needed to overcome in the Spring of 2022 was Calculus 2. This is a class that has a reputation as being tough and used to weed out students. I quickly found out that this class' reputation was not exaggerated and became seriously concerned about my ability to pass the class without help. Fortunately, I found Patrick, who not only has vast experience teaching higher level math classes but also worked decades as an engineer. Patrick does an excellent job explaining challenging mathematics concepts. He is also flexible in terms of scheduling and easy to work with. I attribute successfully getting through the class with a B not only to the many hours of hard work that I put in but also to Patrick's teaching skills, smart testing strategy advice and thorough knowledge of the topic. If you find yourself in need of help with calculus or other math topic, I can't recommend Patrick enough.

I can say Mr. Murray was one of the very best Math and Science teachers I have had in my high school years. He was very hardworking, learned, understanding, and patient and it was clearly evident at least to me that he loved to teach. His way of teaching was not for us to memorize content but to make sure we really understood all that he taught instead. He also rewarded his class with pizza and other goodies sometimes. In all, he was a very great teacher!!

Mr Murray can explain math in a clear and easy-to-understand way, for any students. His math expertise is vast, and as a student who initially came from a weaker math background, Mr Murray was able to work with my skill level and make me feel comfortable with more complex topics. When I took Math Ma my freshman fall at Harvard, I felt well prepared because of what Mr M taught me!
