About Ronald
I am a certified Math Teacher grades 4-12 and certified to teach business classes.
Helping students be successful and sharing any knowledge I may have.
I started teaching or training in the banking industry. I really enjoy teaching and have a passion for Mathematics. Teaching math has always been a gream job to me.
I have a bachelors degree in Business Administration- Finance. I completed training to become a certified High School Math Teacher. I have been teaching for 10 years including: 8th Grade, Algebra 1, Math Models, and Algebra 2. i am also well trained in Statistics.

I will assess the student's math skills, then fill any gaps needed to be successful in their current grade. I then use discovery questions to build confidence and knowledge. Then we work on assignments together.
All kinds from AP/Pre AP students to below grade level students. I have tutored one-on-one with many low achieving math students with much success.I have helped students of all types. I have taught grades 8-12 in the last ten years.
Be prepared to show your tutor what you are working on and bring assignments and textbook if possible.
I recently had a student "see the light" after struggling for many weeks. When the learning happens it is exciting and makes my job wonderful.
