About Kyle
I have been teaching math for 11 years. My greatest strength is the ability to relate to students where they are and use appropriate math language to enable student understanding. I am then able to scaffold material to increase student learning at their pace. The most important aspect of teaching or tutoring is seeing a student who has struggled, finally understand a concept. That moment is one that has been worked for and what we achieve after struggling means more than other tasks that might be easy.
My goal as a tutor will be to get to know your student and determine where they are with the material. From there, we will develop a plan to achieve success and improve their understanding of the material.
