About Simran
I am a third year undergrad student at NYU majoring in computer science with a minor in math. I'm passionate about not just solving problems, but understanding the fundamentals behind them. I think one of the most important skills for students to learn is how to logically think through the steps behind solving a problem because once you know how to do that, the arithmetic is easy to learn. I have lots experience in various math classes (linear algebra, college level calculus, discrete math, differential equations, statistics, etc.) and have been informally tutoring for many years.
