· Oversaw Inbound Logistics for multiple Sysco Warehouses.

· Oversaw logistics planning reorganization, to optimize logistics process. Resulting in significantly increasing reliability and load fill on inboard loads.

Logistics Officer United States Army, Fort Bliss TX December 2012 – September 2016

· Managed 120 soldiers who provided logistical support to a battalion (approximately 600 soldiers)

· Developed an organizational structure to ensure unit had the proper support equipment and personnel for all field training activities.

· Was responsible for 28 million dollars of government assets with zero write offs.

· Coordinated over 800 individual movements totaling over 7,000 pieces of equipment. Careful coordination of these activities saved just under 20 million dollars in fuel and maintenance costs.

· Coordinated the distribution of 1,000,000 Gallons of fuel for equipment spread over a 25,000 square mile area.

· Produced budget analysis for all training activities to provide a cost benefit evaluation to prioritize Brigade funds (approximately 4500 soldiers)

· Experience negotiating government contracts

About the lesson

As a teacher, I need to assess the student’s current progression towards the learning goals of the course and subject. From there, I will build a plan to help bridge the gap between where the student is to where the student needs to be to successfully master the required material. Each plan will be specifically tailored to the needs of that student.

Between my Master’s in education program and my time substitute teaching, I have taught students from the 5-12th grade.
