About Caitlyn
I gratuated high school in 2020 with Laude honors. Freshman year, I won a state wide writing competition, then I continued on to be involved in the National Honor Society and I remained on the honor role throughout my high school career, despite being involved in sports. As a well rounded student, I want to help children build the foundations for their reading, vocabulary, and math skills, so they are more prepared to find success in school. Also, I was a director of the club ATI, which works closely with kids in the community to help them find a healthy and safe way to enjoy life. I have also coached at basketball and volleyball camps, so I have previous experiences with kids. Lastly, I will be attending the University of Wisconsin - Madison in the fall.
I have a desire to help others, specifically the youth.
I have graduated high school with laude recognition and I have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.956.

First, I would have a meeting with the child and the parents to discuss the goals of the tutor sessions. Next, I would locate and assign items that I believe will push the child to the next level. Each session will start with a lesson, then we will move onto exercises, then a wrap up that will encapsulate the key parts from that day.
I have coached and babysat for kids from 3rd to 8th grade, however, I am comfortable with ages 5-13.
