About ThanhTu
I am a college graduate with a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics Education. Over the four years as a college student, I have tutored and taugh math to all levels from elementary math to college Calculus and everything in between. With my background in education, I also know strategies that work with students and I cater my style based on individual's needs.
I find math to be fun as it keeps my brain working as if I am solving a puzzle. My favorite thing about being a tutor/teacher is being able to bring that same joy to students. My goal is to not giving a long explanation, but instead, I break down the steps that makes it easy for students to understand. As students keep practicing the skills and build the skills on top of each other, they begin to form a strong foundation in understanding math.
