About Gail
I offer Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction classes. A serious meditator since 1983, I trained at the UMass Medical School Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Health Care and Society since 2015, studied with Jon Kabat-Zinn, began teaching the 8 week MBSR. I am a Certified MBSR teacher.
