About Connor
Hi, I'm Connor! I enjoy helping people get a fresh outlook on life. I enjoy helping others become enlightened, stress-free, and more like their authentic self. I am a certified meditation instructor, dabbling in various techniques of meditation, yoga, and even sound healing.
As someone who has experienced suffering throughout life, I can't help but want to alleviate that suffering for others. I draw my motivation from my history of mental illness and my recent ADHD diagnosis.
I have years of religious/spiritual training and have been meditating as a part of my personal life since I was younger. I received my meditation teacher certification in 2020!
