About Shannon
I am a beverage professional with 10+ years working in bars, restaurants, as as a recipe development consultant to spirits and beverage brands. I teach seminars for trade, lead spirits tastings, and offer one on one and group classes for students who wish to learn how to make fun and easy cocktails at home. I enjoy helping my students understand and put into practice the fundamentals of making great cocktails!

Before class, we will discover your goals: is it basic bartendeing skills you are after, or to learn about more advanced techniques.
Next, we will select 4 - 5 cocktails that we will cover in the session.
I will ask you to inventory your home bar, and then will create a shopping list of supplies -bar tools, spirits, juices, and fresh ingredients - that you will need to make the cocktails for the class.
Before class, you will receive a recipe sheet.
Following the class, I will be available to answer any followup questions via email .
