About Donald
My business focuses primarily on correct form and mechanics when performing said movement by any athlete at any level.
What I enjoy most about my work is watching young athletes develop their skills and grow as young adults.
I started training after my successful coaching career at Albany State University as the throwers coach for track and field. After coaching, I decided to commit my time to developing our young athletes and ensuring that they learn proper technique.
I have my Bachelor's degree in Health, Physical Education and Recreation
Certified USATF level 1 track and field coach

I first evaluate the student. Once I have completed my evaluation and consulted with the parents as to what I noticed that needs work, what they want done, and what I can honestly and actually do for the student-athlete, I then set the schedule to start training for that athlete.
I work with all students of all ages in any sport on all levels.
Make sure that your teacher can explain things on your level where you can understand the instructions. Try to avoid busy work. Busy work is generic workouts that keeps you busy but seldomly works on your specific craft
I recently helped a JUCO athletes achieve his dreams of getting an offer to the University of Alabama as a middle linebacker.
