About Lukasz

I love working with people and finding ways to improve fitness. Watching people adapt to increasing amounts of work is something I have a deep passion for because it resonates with my deepest core values. I love forming bonds with people and helping people find solace and confidence in working hard.
Went to college for Exercise Science at Springfield College, and while playing feel deeply in love with the training process.
I have worked as a professional Strength and Conditioning coach in the NHL, as well as in the collegiate sports setting and several private facilities.

I help people attain their fitness goals. We start with a very basic session where we go through basic movements and establish a baseline that we work up from, as well as get to know each other.
Students of all ages and levels of fitness.
From ten year olds trying to get an edge in youth sports, to geriatrics that want to prevent aging and falling
From mothers looking to lose a few pounds, to NHL athletes trying to skate faster, shoot harder, and prevent injury.
From CEO's of major firms looking to move around to 20-30 years olds looking to get jacked and tan.
I love training and help everyone attain their fitness goals!
Ask tons of questions, and don't be afraid of shopping around and find the trainer that fits your criteria. We all have a mental image of what someone should look/act/sound like, and don't be afraid of looking until you find it!
