About Ramona
I am a Certified Holistic Health Coach, Certified Stress Management Coach, Certified Meditation Specialist, and Certified Reiki practitioner. My goal is total wellness. I work with my clients to help them reach their health goals, whether they are physical, emotional, or spiritual. I treat the whole person, so that my clients can be the best version of themselves that they can possibly be. I started my wellness company 9 and a half years ago and have had much success with everyone that I have worked with. Health and wellness is truly my passion.
To turn people into the best version of themselves is extremely rewarding. Seeing where they are initially and how far they have come is truly amazing to watch. Watching people tranforming their lives is what I enjoy the most.

The first thing I would do is set up a brief phone call to learn more about the client's needs, as I do work with a client in a multitude of areas when it comes to wellness. Then, I ask client's to fill out a health history form, which I would email to them. Once the form is filled out, we would set up a consultation, so that I can learn more about them and what their goals may be. Then I put a program together, whether its health coaching, meditation classes, stress management coaching, or even Reiki sessions.

Ramona does an amazing job performing Distance Reiki on both myself and my pets. She has helped clear blockages and helped improved my energy, as well as the energy of my animals. I highly recommend her for distance Reiki.
I recently had a 1 hour long Reiki session with Ramona. The intention of the session was to help with my focus. Before the session, I had been feeling distracted, tired, undisciplined, and overall just a general feeling of malaise. It has been over two weeks since I have left Ramona and my focus has been unbelievable. I am making better decisions, doing more things that matter, and I have been crushing it at work.
