Workout sessions are great if you're starting or restarting your fitness journey and want to create consistency long enough to see results.
This is for you if:
- you want accountability because you struggle to workout on your own
- you don't want to think about what exercises to do, you just show up
- you want to learn how to exercise correctly & safely
- you don't want to workout with others, instead you want individual attention in a private studio gym.
- you want guidance on how to workout while accommodating for injuries
- you are pregnant or postpartum (certified through GGS)
This is not for you if:
- you expect dramatic 2-week transformations like in the magazines at the checkout line
- you want results but are not ready to change your lifestyle and routine
- you are unwilling to take responsibility for your actions & make decisions based off self-feedback and coach guidance
- you are willing to sacrifice your overall health & wellbeing to fit a certain size
