About Nelson
Greeeting, I am a very experienced and highly knowledgeable fitness and performance coach specializing in helping busy professionals and athletes with safe, individualized, efficient and effective health and wellness programs. I have been a trainer for 22 years and have a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise and Sports Science. I train executives, physicians, attorneys and athletes. I am also a licensed Massage Therapist focusing on sports massage, deep tissue and trigger point therapy.
