About Joy
Hello! My name is Joy, I'm fluent in English, Spanish and French, and am starting to teach conversation in any of these languages via Skype, FaceTime, etc. I was born in Los Angeles, but lived in France and Uruguay. From personal experience, I have found that learning how to speak a foreign language in conversation is extremely effective. I've been helping people and verbally translating ever since I can remember, have done voice-over work for Fox Sports in Spanish, and coached a celebrity with his pronunciation at Disney. Please let me know if I can assist you!
I like making learning fun, so I just have a regular conversation with my student in any of the languages I offer to tutor in, while helping with pronunciation, accents and giving examples. Like talking to a friend who wants to help.
