About Glenys
I am a certified health & life coach and I help people double their energy and transform their body & mind so they can look and perform better than ever. Do you know anyone who is ready to look great and feel amazing?
You will learn how to transcend your limiting believes and learn how to create the best version of who you know that already exist within you.
New year bonus!!! I am offering 50 sessions to the first 50 people that are wanting transformation in 2020, for FREE a $97 value!!!
Do you know anyone that might benefit from a free coaching session?
I enjoy witnessing how the clients have an Aha moment as they make powerful connections for themselves and discover what stops them and slowed them down from having what they want.
I’m inspired by the smiles and the burst of confidence that elevates as they discover something new about their beliefs.
I have provided coaching services throughout my lifetime, in high school I was the captain two years running for my gymnastics team, and also coached kids long side my coach in several YMCA in the community.
Before graduating high school, I earned my Jack Lalaine aerobics certification in 1986.
Still passionate about health and Wellness, I studied at USF Public Health.
Moving forward in June of this year, I’ve decided to go for my dual certification as a health coach and life coach.
I am passionate about serving and helping others achieve their life goals and excited about their individual success.
