My oil instruction is intended to provide the techniques and knowledge necessary to become proficient in the use of Oil Paint as an art medium. Each student works on their own painting at their own pace, while receiving individualized attention and instruction. One of the main goals of class is to identify a student's artistic strengths and weaknesses and addressing them accordingly. An additional class objective includes providing a working knowledge of the elements and principles of design, with an emphasis on good composition.
