About Dasha
I am a high school student(current junior) who loves helping children improve in their math, writing and russian language skills.
Currently in AP psychology, IB Literature, taking AP Calculus senior year.
Maintain a 3.8 GPA, Platinum Seal in Russian Bilingual/Proficiency Exam
I believe I can help your child improve their weaknesses in a particular subject, and create a close bond due to the minimal age difference.
My math teacher suggested to start tutoring a younger student. After that, I found my passion and decided to continue tutoring.
I tutored prior to this for couple years. I had a few 4th grade students that needed help in Math, Writing, and Russian and both received their As at the end of the school year.

To begin with, I would first set up a call over Zoom, Google Meet, FaceTime, or Skype to get to know the student and parent. We would discuss the plan of learning, rates, and go over any questions one might have. Our lessons will consist of meeting in Google(Hangout) Meets, Google Duo, or Zoom. I will set up a Google Classroom for the student with all materials, lessons, homework that we will be using. Everything will be available at all times as well you can always contact me if there are any complications. More in depth will be discussed in the first "get to know you" call.

Dasha and my daughter bonded very well. Dasha was patient, kind, and helped tremendously with my daughter’s homework. I absolutely agree with her that the minimal age difference is a huge benefit for creating a close bond and a healthy tutoring surrounding.
