About Amy
I love being of service to others and helping create awareness around health and well-being.
I have over 10+ years experience in the Health industry and have worked with a vast variety of clients from athletes and business executives to busy stay at home moms.
I hold several fitness accreditations and alternative modalities such as 500hr/RYT, Personal Training, Animal Flow Level 1 and Master Reiki Asui Lineage. I have won first place in the NPC Body Building Bikini Division, been featured in many podcasts, interviews and worked on NBC's fitness special "Radius".
I have experience working closely with celebrity trainers and a Plant Based Medical doctor. I have two certifications in Plant Based Nutritition and help people transition from a standard American diet to optimal nutrition.
