Ex. male and female athletes of all levels (little league, middle school, high school, college and pro), kids (non athletes, autism, obese), adults both male and female (bodybuilders, former athletes, non athletes, sedentary lifestyle, health issues, marathon training, boot camps), also worked with Wounded Warriors Project in the past (armed forces hurt in combat)
