About Griffin
Not your typical trainer. I don't believe in just hitting the weights. I provide a well balanced plan for each of my clients. Combining strength, flexibility, movement work, cardio, breath work, and more. Fitness is not just about getting fit, but feeling better physically and mentally. In my studio, you will get anincredible wokout in a safe environment, with out all of the distractions of a big gym. From weights, kettlebells, TRX trainers, and more. Recovery tools, like compression boots, and an infared sauna to help heal the body.
I enjoy empowering clients, make people laugh even if they hate me while doing it. I enjoy seeing people let go of the things that are holding them back. Wathcing someone's journey from being unsure of themselves, to becoming their own kind of badass, is very fulfilling.
I struggled with my weisght growing up. I wanted how to learn how to take better care of myself. A curiosity led to a lot of learning, and eventually helping other take better care of of themselves too.
NASM certified personal trainer since 2003. TRX and Kettle Bell certifications as well.

I know that each clients are different, everyone is unique in their own way. I like to really get to know my clients, and what motivates them. I want to help assist my clients in achieving their goals, and try to make working out as fun as possible.
All types of students. Mostly adults who are looking to get in better shape and feel and move better.
One of my clients here in Asheville lost 3 inches around his belly. The huge smile and confidence on his face after we took measurements, made me feel great. Just being able to guide people is a big reward.
