About Chapman
I specialize in functional training and pilates. Anyone who's hesitant about getting back in the gym, is recovering from an injury or is generally uneducated in fitness is someone I love to teach. I love what I do and I keep a personal connection with my clients; you won't be getting an easy workout but no one said we can't have fun.
Seeing clients realize the progression of their training. I love seeing their eyes light up when they accomplish something they've never done before. It's amazing to see someone discover their own strength.
