About Kennett

Educating other on the natural power of the human body and change.
I started my journey many years ago as a nursing major. I was completely fasintated with the human body. My mother worked as a CNA in nursing homes and sometimes as kids she would take us on home visits. My passion grew from caring and wanted to help others to training my own body to developing in sports and so fouth.
Extensive back ground of study in human movement and sports performance. Body transformation expert. Currently persueing and further my education towards a master degree in Sports Science and Rehabilitation.

Consult & Assement is the first step with all new clients. I follow standard guidelines of the American college of Sports Medicin(ACSM) for this process as a foundation and start to programing client's exercise prescription. Consult forms are found on our website.
