About Blake
Hello, my name is Blake Hickman. Born and raised in Chicago. Fitness has always played a big role in my life as I played baseball and got to a collegiate, University of Iowa, professional level, Chicago White Sox MiLB. I've decided to end my career to help people reach their goals and reach beyond them, as I did. As Director of Sports Performance of a travel baseball team called Top Tier. I realized I could reach more people on the outside so I decided to work on an online performance company called BElieve in YOUrself Performance! I'm currently studying to become a NASM CPT and Nutrition Coach as well.
BElieve in YOUrself Performance is a training program that'll challenge you and push you to get to your fitness goals. It's a program not to just make you feel as if it was an "okay" training session but afterward feeling as if you accomplished something great! Every workout is down to every wants/desires of the client. Clients can focus on what they need and be pushed every session. I focus on strength and cardio to help shred fat and bulid muscle at the same time. Most worokout require little wait on just dummbells. If more is wanted I can easliy add more depending on what you desire. I hope to work with you! I enjoy seeing my clinets realizing that moment they've seen their fitness goal come alive. I know for me once I got that change in my physique I felt like I was on top of the world. That's what I want all my clients to feel. It's a feeling that is priceless.
