About Britta
My approach to fitness is through a positive and confidence building approach. I've been training for almost two decades and I've learned people are already hard enough on themselves. It's my job to motivate and guide you to your true potential.

I have my bachelor's degree in exercise and wellness and my current certifications are NASM corrective exercise specialist and performance enhancement specialist
I have over 13 years experience training a variety of clientele. I've trained many athletes as well as individuals with various illnesses with particular emphasis in autoimmune disorders, spinal and joint problems, arthritis, diabetes, and pre through post op muscle development and care

I grew up as a competitive gymnast and snowboarder, so I'm fond of working with athletes, but I also love corrective exercise and helping each student find a balance for fitness in their life no matter what level of fitness they're starting with

I can honestly say that Britta’s knowledge of body mechanics and health is exemplary. She specifically tailors each workout including group classes to meet the needs of the individual. Britta’s personality is supportive, weaving humor into fitness by keeping it light yet also inspiring intensity when needed. Wellness Together is a rare gem in our community!
