About Brittany
I deliver efficeint, safe, organized and effective workouts for my clients; helping them achieve their health and fitness goals and developing programs to suit their needs.
Certifications & Specializations:
- Certified Personal Trainer
- Sports Nutriton certification
- Pre/Post Natal Fitness & Nutriton (in progress)
- Teaching group fitness since 2016 at a high end fitness studio and additionally teach corporate fitness classes. Guest instructor in LA and San Diego counties.
- Four years of high school cheerleading (competive and sport). National Cheerleaders Association All Star Cheerleader in 2006 & 2007.
I truly enjoy seeing my clients accomplish those goals and grow individually (physically and emotionally!). Fitness, nutrtion and overall wellness is my passion and everyday is a chance to be a healtheir you.
I started as a client in a group fitness studio and found such a strong passion for fitness that I switched my focus and career to the health and wellness industry. I now run my own business of private training, semi private training, online coaching, and corporate wellness.
I've been in the fitness industry for over 5 years now. I hold a handful of certifications, am a lead group instructor, and have spent countless hours researching and learning about various aspects of fitness and nutrition.

Details
For clients who are traveling to me I have packages that range from $397 (once a week) to $947 (four times a week with nutrition coaching inclouded). I require a three month commitment from all of my clients so we have adequate time to work towards/reach their goals.
