When working with a new client #1. I want to make sure we are a good fit for each other & that we are on the same page as far what the clients goals are and how we want to plan to achieve them. #2. Plan! Every personal trainer claims to that they can do something for a client but planning a program designed for the clients success is key.
I have worked with a variety of clients Men,Women,Children, Athletes in volleyball,soccer,baseball,football, track and field, & rowing. I've also worked with Couples before their wedding, body builders, and clients that just want to lose weight and gain muscle.
Make sure that you are not just hiring someone to take you through a workout. Look to hire someone who can help you put your goals into focus and can establish a program that will get the results you want.
Recently I had a client tell me how surprised she was that I held her so accountable. To me that is a huge compliment and something I pride myself on.
