About Xavier
I truly enjoy seeing my clients achieve their health and fitness goals while at the same time building confidence with each and every training session.
I became a personal trainer because I remember what it was like not even being capable of walking up three flights of stairs without being out of breath myself.
I also remember not having anyone there to motivate me or even educate me on what to do properly and obtaining a healthier lifestyle.
I wanted to be that voice or that rock that someone could lean on during their own health and fitness journey.
My health and fitness journey started when I was only 17 years old and I still am on it to this day because I believe that you can always better your best.
My certifications are through the national academy of sports and medicine which include "NASM" Personal Trainer: CPT, CES, PES, FNS, WLS, GPTS, CTF and I also acquired a TRX certification.
I believe you can never stop educating yourself in any field of your choosing.

I personally never had anyone to assist me on my health and fitness journey and unfortunately made a lot of mistakes in the beginning.
I still remember what it felt like not being able to walk up three flights of stairs without losing my breath.
So I became a personal trainer to be able to help others so they would not make the same mistakes I made in my health and fitness journey.
I am a national academy sports and medicine certified personal trainer that holds the certificate for being a certified personal trainer through nasm.
I also hold certifications in CES, PES, FNS, WLS, GPTS, CTF and a I amTRX certified as well.
I believe in education so within every two years I always look for more certifications to obtain in this ever growing industry.

Fitness orientation is always first.
This is the process where we sit down and you tell me what your health and fitness goals are.
After that conversation is over I take you through a series of movements to see where you are currently at.
Then afterwards we go over a game plan which would be best suited for your goals at your current level.
All this comes with no obligation.
Having a corrective exercise certification as well as a performance enhancement certification just to name a few I have been fortunate enough to work with all types of clients.
I will always respect my own limitations and education and if there is someone better suited then I will not hesitate to recommend that person but for the most part I have been able to help everyone that trust me in their health and fitness journey.
