About Lo
I want to change the way fitness is advertised; there is no 'one size fits all' program. My goal is to adjust your mindset from viewing fitness and working out as chore to something you enjoy doing. My program design is built entirely around the individual's specific goals and physical needs - ultimately giving you the tools and knoweledge you need to go with confidence into gym and perform at your absolute best.
I love being witness to the journey of the self-discovery that comes with fitness training. To see clients progress and believe in themselves; that confidence grows in all areas of life, not just the gym.
I wanted to share my passion for fitness and personal growth
My fitness training comes from many years of personal experience and a NASM personal fitness certification program.

The first step is a consultation - here, we will discuss your fitness goals and I'll ask a few questions about your personal life (nothing too personal) and medical history.
Next is a fitness assessment - this is where we do some short exercises to determine your level of fitness
Lastly, I put together a regimen based on your individual goals and needs.
The rest is history - You're on your way to a better, stronger You!
Mostly sedentary clients who want to learn how to work out, gain confidence in working out, become stronger and shed a few lbs.
What is it going to take for you to become the absolute best version of yourself... find someone who will push you to that (ppssstt... that person is me).
I've recently gotten into backcountry snowboarding and oh my gosh I'm so in love!!!
