About Labeaud
I'm a personal trainer in Fort Worth. I can take on clients of all walks of life. From the very young to the very old, regaurdless of ability or hindrances, I can train you.
I started training shortly after my certification through Youfit gym.
I love helping people to reach their goals and overcome their struggles.

Do you have little experience working out or are you wanting to get back into the gym but feel a bit rusty? If so I can come up with a customized workout regime based on your goals and problem areas. Our first session together will include: Fitness assessment Weekly motivation and assessment Nutrition suggestions Supplement suggestions Unlimited e-mail and text support 3 one hour sessions a week max and more. I've worked with children as young as five up to adults as old as eighty seven. I've worked with morbidly obese clients and athletes.
Please watch the trainer if you can. Talk to them a few times before starting. Your trainer will be close to you. You need to have chemistry and get along well.
I'm fond of the most recent accomlishment of one of my clients (a boxer). I was training him to make weight and get conditioned for a fight and he won.

Details
My standard pricing is $45 a month. This includes a one hour session of training and a meal plan.
My second option is pay as you go. Each session is just $10 per session and an extra $5 for a meal plan for that week.
My meal plan without training is just $25 a month.
