About Ryan
I have too much knowledge in boxing. Born into a boxing family with world titles and countless other titles. With me you'll understand boxing in a lot of different ways, and very easily. I have knowledge, yes but my true gift is that I'm a natural teacher. I have a way of making you understand that's proprietary to you.
I like to mix things up and not always do the same routine. You don't have to fight to become a boxer on the inside. It's a mentality. When people train with me they become professional physically and in their mind. It's a fine line and it's not hard to achieve.

Beginners will learn the basics. Proper stance and footwork. How and why a boxer moves. And of course the various punches.
boxing is the ultimate workout for losing weight so there will also be an element of success and failure during every exercise. Continuing will only put that failure further into the distance making anyone who is consistent stronger to push through what they previously had a hard time doing. There needs to be adversity in training and perseverance. This is boxing!
