About Anja
All my clients are VIPs and I treat them the way my trainer treated me, when I had to lose 70 lbs in 2004. I support my clients in every way possible. I make sure they succeed and get great results.
I love to make dreams come true. People achieve better results than they ever thought possible. My favorite example is my client Holly, wo started 9 years ago, when she was 65. She wanted to get stronger, but had no hope for her ever growing mid section. A few months after she started, she had a six pack. She is 74 and is fit and strong and looks incredible.
I used to be obese and hired a personal trainer. After losing 70 pounds, I was inspired to become a trainer myself.
I attended NPTI, National Personal Training Institute of Philadelphia. It is the best and most in-depth training certification available.
