About Thomas
I'm an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, with specialization in Fitness Nutrition, Performance Enhancement, and Small Group Personal Training. I travel to my clients to offer a high level of functional training. I train using a lot of different training modalities, medicine balls, suspension systems, kettlebells, sandbags and many others.
Helping people achieve longlasting, healthy change in their lives.
I'm certified with NASM ( National Academy of Sports Medicine). Along with specializations in Fitness Nutrition, Performance Enhancement and Small Goup Personal Training. American Red Cross CRP Certified.

First I do a meet and greet to get to know the client, which also includes doing a Par-Q, (Physical Preparedness Questionaire). Then I workout a training schedule of what days and times we can meet, as far as frequency and time of day. After that I do a an assessment on the client to look for muscle imbalances, stablity issues and weaknesses in the anterior and posterior chains. also for any movement limitations.
I have worked with many different populations, form senior adults to high school athletes.
Look for a trainer with an acredited certification. And who has diversity.
