About Ashleigh
Ashleigh has several years of Personal Training / Wellness Coaching experience and has helped over 100 clients to lose 5-30 lbs, look & feel better, and achieve their fitness goals. She has worked with male and female clients between the ages of 21-91 and also those with various injuries & disabilities. She is passionate about weight loss, losing inches, and creating a healthy maintainable lifestyle for each client she helps.
Ashleigh loves to see her clients transform as they gain confidence, feel better, look better, and achieve their goals. She loves to build a personal connection & friendship with each client to better understand their life. Knowing what you struggle with on a daily basis and understanding your lifestyle allows Ashleigh to customize a program that works for you and your life!
