About Cody
I am an ISSA certified strength and conditioning coach who has been in love with the fitness industry for over 10 years. I pride myself in helping others improve, but what makes me unique is my passion for sharing my knowledge to allow clients to confidently progress on their own. I break down every movement in easy-to-understand patterns that make them repeatable without guidance.

I specialize in sport strength training. As an active strongman competitor, nothing is more satisfying than consistent improvement. As a coach, nothing feels better than seeing your clients improve. Being an athlete creates an understanding of what a client expects from a coach, and I'm here to meet those expectations.

I've trained both males and females with experience ranging from complete novice to former D1 athlete. I've helped these clients reach goals in strength, mobility, and body transformation.
I would encourage a student looking for a strength coach to understand that strength progression takes time. Any coach promising fast results is a red flag. A good program will likely span 12 weeks or more, so just understand what you're getting yourself in to.
