About TJ
At Iron family fitness our main goal is to help our client's begin and maintain an effective exercise program. As your trainer I will develop an exercise program specifically designed to your goals, limitations, and needs. I joined the military when I was 18 and since then I fell in love with working out and staying in shape. I realized I wanted to be a trainer when, People around me were asking me to train them to pass their physical fitness tests. After seeing their results and success of my training programs, I knew this is what I wanted to do. Nothing satisfies me more than seeing my clients achieve their goals and then setting higher goals.

All of our clients go through an initial assessment to determine their overall fitness level. This assessment includes a medical questionnaire, general conversation about your exercise history, your goals, and any other needs you need. Also, we will conduct a general fitness assessment to gauge what type of training program will best fit you.
I have worked with clients from all ages and experiences. Kids to seniors, beginners to experienced.
Stay motivated and dedicated to our goals. It takes time and hard work to reach our goals, but they will come and it will be all worth it. There is no bigger achievement then seeing all your hard work and dedication pay off.
