About Beth
I’m a certified Personal Trainer, Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach and Exercise Physiologist with a degree in Exercise Science and have been working with clients ranging from kids and seniors to military and professional athletes for over 15 years. I specialize in training for toning and weight loss and sports specific training. I do training in clients’ homes, virtually, in a studio and at parks. I like working with small groups or individuals to ensure sessions are personalized.
I love seeing clients get results! Muscle tone, weight loss, confidence, reducing medications, better race times- you name it! Each client has their own goals and reasons for training with me. It’s fun connecting with new people and working with them.
