About Phillip
We offer an experienced coaching staff, a positive community atmosphere and our goal is to educate our clients on health & fitness for a lifetime.
We love helping people set goals, outline action steps to achieve goals and walk beside them as they do so.
Our training staff began teaching in a variety of different ways. From college professor to personal training out of college.
Our Staff includes a variety of personal training certifications, group fitness coaching certifications, nutrition coaching certifications and collegiate degrees.

Our client begins with a personal check-in, our goal is to see if we're a good fit for each other and what your goals are. If we decided to move forward with personal training. We'll begin with a PT assessment, outline your goals and create action steps to accomplish those goals. When your goals are concret we'll set up your training plan and personal training schedule to accomplish those goals.
