About Brian
I have 6 years of experience in the industry in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science as well as certifications centered around nutrition, lifestyle change, and improving quality of movement. I offer detailed and personalized science based 1 on 1 Personal Training to help you make the changes necessary to reach your goals. Offering both Private In-Person sessions as well as Online Coaching.
