About Robert
I coach the whole person, so we're going to get deep and I'll be there every step of the way. Sounds creepy? Well, why would I send you to go talk to a different personal trainer, or hold back on lifestyle/weight management advice or not give you guidance on an exercise routine.
Connect with me to find out more. First call is always free of charge, because we may just not connect and I'm not about to ask you to pay me to find out. I've read that coaches should not give away anything for free. I don't believe in that when it comes to first time meetings.
I am a Certified Master Health and Wellness Coach, Certified Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning Coach and a Certified Underground Strength Coach (flipping tires, kettlebells, battle ropes, etc.).
I just love to lift other people up. I seriously do. So much so, that I will very soon be starting up two programs geared towards our military.
The first one will be a veterans' PT group. We'll meet do some PT, enjoy some camaraderie, and I hope, get mobilized to impact the community.
The second group will be for future military members. My son is in the Army and I want to expand that to a free offering to future Soldiers, Marines, Airmen and Seamen (not gender biased though).

We'll start with an introductory call but it won't just be a "getting to know you" session. You'll actually get coached by me in that session. We'll break for a couple of days so that you can work on your action items. We'll talk again and only then will we talk about a long term relationship.
