About Keith
With over fifteen years of experience working at elite training facilities such as Equinox and The Sports Club/LA, my service provides a safe, balanced approach to proper movement and physical health. Specializing in the needs of those over the age of 40, we work on improving various needs including but not limited to: Weight management, balance, strength, and overall conditioning. With approval, wval and first session is free.
There's the cliche of making people's lives better, but it's true. When you see someone who struggled to walk or be active regain those abilities, it makes the effort worthwhile. And I've been honored to meet some of the most interesting people in Los Angeles.
I have been certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM,) and worked for well respected fitness facilities such as Sports Club/LA and Equinox Fitness. Equionox has it's own highly regarded educational program, the Equinox Fitness Institute (EFTI,) which I continued through what was known as "Tier level 3," the highest level of education at the time. Overall I have over 15 years and several thousand hours of experience working with clients of all ages and levels.
I also have owned an operated a Martial Arts Fitness Center in my home state of Vermont, and have incorporated balance techniques I learned as a martial arts instructor to enhance stability and balance exercise routines.

It starts with a (free) evaluation. Every individual has a unique history of movement, imbalances, or past injuries, that, along with any medical conditions, may impact workout program development. It is important that both client and trainer get to know one another at this stage, so questions are welcome.

Details
I do have a standard sliding scale fee. Single sessions are $120.00, A ten session package is $100.00 per session (most popular package,) or a twenty session is $95.00 per session. Rates subject to change depending on individual situations.
