About Emanuel
We are professional personal trainers devoted to bringing fitness directly to you and the convenience of your own home! We really get the busy schedules and lives of professionals and entrpreneurs, and those of us may not always have the time or even feel comfortable getting to a gym or just simply don’t know what to do! That is why we've put together a life transformation coaching program, that is meant to help you get control of your life, fitness, and health!
We don't believe that paying a Personal Trainer by the hour will change your life forever. Once the hour is gone, most people tend to get back into their old habits.
We are committed that time and other environmental factors no longer stand in the way of your health and well being.
And there are no limitations to the way you live your life or move your body!
We are a highly experienced team with 10+ years of knowledge and experience in transformational coaching in all areas of life!

Emanuel: "Since my dad was a judo athlete, I have been doing sports from a young age. I officially started teaching Kickboxing and Kyokushinkay Karate classes in 2008 in Europe. Not too long after that, my journey in the Fitness Industry as a professional personal trainer has started"
After years of training clients in-person, I noticed that in most cases people get checked-out when they get back home from the gym, while their trainer is busy training other clients. That made me question myself on how I could help people change their lives forever, learn new habits and strategies that can serve them for the rest of their lives. Because here is the thing: paying a trainer per session will help you stay focused during the session...but what is going to happen after that?
That is why we've put together the "Hi-Performers Lifetime Transformation Coaching Program" where you get all the tools and systems you need in order to be in control of your life & health and get to the next level!
