With an extensive background in research science and team management, coupled with my experience in nutrition and fitness, I create a training environment that motivates individuals to stay on track and meet their goals all while having fun.

After an initial physical assessment and discussion of your goals, we develop a program, plan and timeline.
Programs are tailored to each client. I base the program on your goals (ie. lose weight and tone), your current level of cardiorespiratory fitness, your current level of skeletal-muscular strength, your interests/activity enjoyments and your dietary preferences.
For the fitness component, I use cross-functional training methods such as TRX suspension training, free weights, body weight exercises, plyometrics, stability balls and medicine balls to accomplish goals. Cross-functional training is excellent because it improves cardiovascular fitness, balance, lean muscle tone and improves your ease of doing everyday activities such as carrying groceries or hauling loads of laundry down the stairs.
For the nutrition component, I coach using nutritional profiling, and macro training and tracking. This empowers clients to learn long-term and sustainable approaches to diet, without feeling limited or restricted, while making seeing progress.
