About Sean
Body Profiles has been a landmark in the fitness industry since 1985. BP works with individuals looking to improve their overall fitness. We work with general fitness and nutrition all the way to the competition stage. All programs are designed for each individual nothing generic.
I've loved working with people to improve the way they feel. It very rewarding when you have clients reach their personal goals and then want to strive for more. That's the most rewarding part of my job.
I have a B.S in Exercise Science and another in Health Science, with a minor in Fitness Management. I hold multiple certifications from ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, and NESTA.

The initial consult is to find the goals/needs of the client. We do a medical/health questioneer along with a nutritional evaluation to find what their current Macros are and explain where they need to be. Then we figure out schedules and get the plan rolling.
